I treat your data as it was my own, so I only access or share your data (with services I use) in order to provide you with good customer service. This requires me to track website behavior, store cookies, and process your information.

Services I use
I don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. I default to processing your data anonymously, but this isn’t possible for all the services I use. Exceptions of this are:
Ghost is the platform I use for Selling Memberships, Managing Website Content, and Delivering Newsletters.
Stripe manages all payment processing and subscription management. Your credit card payment details are managed by Stripe and not released to The Mixcast except the date and amount of each payment, the last four digits of your credit card, expiration date, and zip code.
I use Google Cloud for sending and receiving email. Support queries sent to firstname.lastname@example.org allow me to provide you with support and currently don’t get sent to any third party help desk.

Google Analytics helps us understand how many people visit this website, and which acquisition channels are popular. I anonymize every IP so they can’t be traced back to you. Google Analytics does not collect any personal data and is GDPR compliant.
View or deleting your data
Under the law of GDPR, you’ll always have the rights to request the data I have about you.
In case you wish your data to be deleted from the services, I can’t guarantee that you’ll still be able to properly use The Mixcast, or whether I can be of any help in case you request support.

Correction of data
Children under 13 need consent of a parent or legal guardian to this website or use its services.
