Services I use
I don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. I default to processing your data anonymously, but this isn’t possible for all the services I use. Exceptions of this are:
Ghost
Ghost is the platform I use for Selling Memberships, Managing Website Content, and Delivering Newsletters.

Stripe
Stripe manages all payment processing and subscription management. Your credit card payment details are managed by Stripe and not released to The Mixcast except the date and amount of each payment, the last four digits of your credit card, expiration date, and zip code.

Google Cloud
I use Google Cloud for sending and receiving email. Support queries sent to info@themixcast.com allow me to provide you with support and currently don’t get sent to any third party help desk.

This website uses cookies in order to provide you the best possible browsing experience. Cookies are enabled by default, but you’re free to refuse cookies from us.
Google Analytics helps us understand how many people visit this website, and which acquisition channels are popular. I anonymize every IP so they can’t be traced back to you. Google Analytics does not collect any personal data and is GDPR compliant.
View or deleting your data
Under the law of GDPR, you’ll always have the rights to request the data I have about you.
In case you wish your data to be deleted from the services, I can’t guarantee that you’ll still be able to properly use The Mixcast, or whether I can be of any help in case you request support.

Correction of data
If for any reason your account data needs to be corrected, you can do that via your Mixcast Account Page or by sending an email to info@themixcast.com with the requested corrections.
