These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe how I, Pete Christianson (“I,” “me,” or “my”), set forth the rules for your use of my mobile applications (“Apps”) and website (“Site”). By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you agree to these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use my Apps and Site for personal, non-commercial use.

- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer them
- Use them for illegal or commercial purposes

App Subscriptions and Purchases
Some of my apps may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments and renewals are handled securely through the App Store or Google Play Store.
iOS (App Store):
- Refunds are managed by Apple — please visit reportaproblem.apple.com for assistance.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Manage subscriptions: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
Android (Google Play):
- Refunds are managed by Google — please visit support.google.com/googleplay or request a refund directly through the Google Play Store app.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Manage subscriptions: Open Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
User Reviews
If you share feedback or reviews online, you retain ownership but grant me permission to use it to improve or promote my Apps or Site. You must not submit anything unlawful or harmful.
Intellectual Property
All existing content in my apps or on my site is owned by me, Pete Christianson, or used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without permission.
Disclaimers
My Apps and Site are provided “as is.” I make no warranties that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Use them at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of my Apps or Site. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App or Site in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of my Apps or Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
App Store Terms
Your use of my Apps is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store where you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). If there’s a conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms will take precedence for matters related to that platform.
Geographic Restrictions
My Apps and Site are intended for users worldwide, but some features or content may not be available in all countries due to legal restrictions or licensing limitations.
Apps Termination
You can stop using any of my Apps at any time by deleting them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Updates and Changes
I may update my Apps and these Terms from time to time. When I make significant changes to these Terms, I will notify you through my Apps, Site or other appropriate means. Your continued use of my Apps or Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
