The Mixcast comes “as is” wihtout any warranty of any kind and is built & maintained by Smalkworks (KvK 80172369). Note: This is the name of my sole proprietorship in the Netherlands.

In no event shall Smalkworks be responsible for damages or other liabilities while using The Mixcast. If you do experience any issues with the site, please send an email describing the problem.

Mixcast Memberships

The Mixcast offers a membership service to access all member-only pages on this website. Subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and renew automatically.

Refunds

You may cancel your Mixcast Membership at anytime by going to your account page.

Please note that refunds are not provided when you cancel your subscription early. Instead, you will be able to access the paid portions of this website until your original subscription period ends.
